I am working with a fantastic and very highly rated elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their small sized Dementia home / care home in Southport. I am looking for an experienced Home Manager / Residential Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, modern home.

The home requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of dementia and elderly care and worked in a residential setting.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join alite care provider that are regarded as one of the best care providers in the Southport area.
-Candidates should be an experienced care home manager.
-Strong care home management skills.
-Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
-Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
-Strong CQC knowledge
-Experience of managing compliant care homes
-Dementia experience
