I am working with an excellent and very highly rated elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager for their medium sized nursing home / care home in Wakefield
I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful care home. This is a well-established care home with fantastic reputation in the Wakefield area.
The care home / nursing home offers nursing and residential care to older people including frail elderly and dementia services users.
The nursing home requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / registered home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / elderly care.

- Ideally should be a qualified Nurse - NOT essential. Experienced, high calibre manager candidates will be considered.
- Strong care home management skills
- Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
- Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
- Strong CQC knowledge
- Experience of managing compliant care homes
