I am recruiting for a Locality Manager for a leading provider of high-quality care and support services across Essex. They are dedicated to improving the lives of those they serve, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal growth. As they expand their services in Dagenham and East London, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Locality Manager to join their dynamic team.

As the Locality Manager for Essex, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional care services within your assigned locality. You will lead and support a team of dedicated care professionals, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of care. You will be overseeing Domiciliary Care, Supported Living and Residential services.

Responsibilities for Locality Manager:

• Oversee the daily operations of care services around Essex.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing support and development.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.
• Prepare for and participate in inspections and audits.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Address client concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.

Skills and Experience for Locality Manager:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• NVQ Level 5 or equivalent is desirable.
• You must have a full UK driver's licence
