Locality Manager
Dagenham and London
£50,000 per annum
I am delighted to be working with a highly regarded, award winning care organisation to recruit for a Locality Manager for the Dagenham and London area. This company has a fantastic reputation for providing specialist support to a high standard and currently has a CQC rating of GOOD across all of its services.
You will be covering the learning disability domiciliary care services and one residential home for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities challenging behaviour, respite and other complex needs across two localities.
Qualities of the successful candidate
- Experience managing a social care service, ideally having been registered with CQC
- The ability to build excellent relationships
- Strong CQC knowledge and the ability to communicate this to staff team
- Full Driving Licence
