Purosearch are working with a well respected care provider to support them in the recruitment of a registered nurse experienced in the nursing home sector.
This provider is well known through Suffolk for their exceptional levels of care. They currently require a registered nurse RGN/RMN for their service in Bury St Edmunds which provides specialist care for the elderly and those suffering with Dementia.
The home has a great reputation within the local care community for the exceptional standards of living and care provided.

Your Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical care, ensuring continuous assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Lead our clinical team, aligning them with the providers' vision and principles.
• Contribute to the regular audit of care plans, ensuring they meet residents' specific needs. Foster effective communication with residents, families, and team members.
