Job Title: Nurse- Days
Location: Linlithgow Area
Salary - £18p/h plus paid breaks
Hours- Part or Full time
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse to join our team in a small, 5 rated home near Linlithgow. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Valid NMC registration (will consider a NQ nurse!)- Excellent communication skills & a passion for care- Previous experience in a nursing home setting- Strong care planning skills
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents- Develop and implement individualized care plans- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
