About the Role
As a nursing home deputy manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are consistently delivered.
The successful nursing home deputy manager will play a key role in leading the clinical team, mentoring staff, and maintaining excellent care outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in all operational and clinical aspects of the service

- Act as a role model for clinical excellence
Requirements
To be considered for this nursing home deputy manager role, candidates must:
- Be a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with an active PIN
- Have proven experience working as a nursing home deputy manager or senior nurse within a nursing home setting
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills and decision-making ability
- Have significant experience in dementia care and palliative care
- Be confident in leading teams and driving high standards of care
- Have a strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
