Position: Deputy Manager (Nurse registered)
Location: Biggleswade, Bedfordshire
Salary: £21.48 per hour
I am recruiting for a Nurse Registered Deputy Manager for a lovely home in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. As a Nurse Registered Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Home Manager to support with the day to day running of the home and ensure all residents are receiving the highest quality of care.
Roles and responsibilities for a Nurse Registered Deputy Manager:
• Commitment to deliver high quality care
• Support the Home Manager day to day
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families
• Build and maintain strong relationships with other healthcare professionals
• Provide staff management and support to all staff members
Essential skills and qualifications for a Nurse Registered Deputy Manager:
• Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active pin
• Dementia care experience
• Previous managerial experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
• Strong decision making skills
