Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: £55,000 plus bonus
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing home management, hold an active NMC PIN, and possess a deep understanding of elderly care and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.- Lead and support a team of nursing and care staff.- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain excellent CQC ratings.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care.- Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency.- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Requirements:- Proven experience in nursing home management.- Active NMC PIN.- Extensive knowledge of elderly care and physical disabilities.- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and requirements.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
