Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care for our residents in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be nurse qualified and possess strong management skills, with a passion for working with the elderly and individuals with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained for all residents.
- Manage and support a team of healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC registration - Or qualified by experience
- Proven experience in nursing home management.
- Strong knowledge of elderly care and dementia care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents.
