Developing care provider require a Nursing Home Manager in the Hythe, Kent area. The Owner is looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager to take ownership of their 30 bed nursing home. We are looking for a passionate, flexible, registered manager who has a background in nursing care. Care provider prides themselves on their family-like, supportive environment and are seeking candidates of an experienced background and those looking for their next challenge.
Job Requirements for Nursing Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Budgets/ business development / marketing
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:
• Management experience
• RGN/ RMN in nursing home management
• IT literate, competent and accurate
• Passionate about making a meaningful impact to lives of residents
• Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• Strong knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
