An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced care home manager to join an exclusive care provider in the Derby area. This is a medium service which offers a range of residential and nursing care services to meet the differing needs of individuals in later life. The home is located in a lovely village location, it is close to the M1 and would be easily commutable from surrounding areas.
The home is currently Good with CQC and therefore would suit a strong, individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. Some one who is looking to take there career to the next level and achieve a real sense job satisfaction. My client are very passionate about care standards and pride themselves on providing exceptional care services to the Elderly.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
• Proven track record of successful home management.
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards.
• Good knowledge and background of the care sector.
• Nurse qualified with PIN
Duties will include:
• Overall responsibility of the home.
• Staff management/appraisals/Training.
• Care plans/reviews/meetings.
• Budget.
In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic manager’s salary of up to £70,000 dependant on experience.
