Nursing Home Manager – Glasgow
Salary: £68,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Glasgow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-rated home with a strong reputation, including 4/5 ratings from the Care Inspectorate.
The role includes:

Leading and developing the nursing and care team

Ensuring high standards of person-centred care

Maintaining regulatory and Care Inspectorate compliance

Building strong relationships with residents, families and professionals

Driving continuous improvement across the home
We are looking for:

Previous Nursing Home Management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements

A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
