Nursing Home Manager – Dundee
Salary: £63,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Dundee.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded home with a good Care Inspectorate rating, strong reputation and dedicated team.
The role includes:

Leading and developing the nursing and care team

Ensuring high standards of person-centred care

Maintaining regulatory and Care Inspectorate compliance

Building strong relationships with residents, families and professionals

Driving continuous improvement across the home
We are looking for:

Previous Nursing Home Management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good knowledge of regulatory requirements

A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
