I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their medium sized nursing home / care home in Buckinghamshire commutable from Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Buckingham, Luton, Dunstable etc.
I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, luxury care home in Aylesbury. This is a wonderful, smaller care home provider who are driven to delivering the very best care to residents. The homes are of a very high standard.
The care home / nursing home offers nursing care to older people including frail elderly and dementia services users.
The nursing home requires a hands on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / registered home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / elderly care.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a premier care provider.
- Ideally should be a qualified Nurse - NOT essential. Experienced, high calibre registered manager candidates will be considered.
- Strong care home management skills.
- Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
- Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
