Purosearch are working with a developing care provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager in the Great Torrington area. The Owners are looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager to join a new service providing specialist clinical and dementia care. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CQC, ideally business development, turnaround or commissioning.
Job Requirements for Nursing Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management and recruitment
• Care plans, assessments, filling beds
• Budgets/ business development / marketing
Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:
• Proven track record of successful home
• RGN/ RMN or previous managed a nursing home
• IT literate, competent and accurate
• Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
