The role
Our client is searching for an experienced manager who has worked in a large care home setting. Proven experience turning homes around and improving their CQC reports is important for this role.
The ideal Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager:
• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager, ideally experienced turning homes around also
• An active NMC pin would be preferred
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
• Financial and budget management experienced
• Commitment to deliver high quality care that aligns with the homes values and approach to care
• Comfortable recruiting, managing and organising large amounts of staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Registered or previously registered with the CQC
