I am working with a wonderful nursing care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their Dementia and elderly home in St Albans.
The nursing home offers dementia and nursing care to older people including frail elderly & dementia services users and is currently operating to an excellent standard
The service requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best person centred care. The nursing home manager candidates should have previous home management with longevity and a great track record with CQC.

-Candidates should be an experienced care home manager.
-ACTIVE RGN OR RN
-Longevity in roles
-Strong care home management skills.
-Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
-Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
-Strong CQC knowledge- Maintained or improved a rating
-Experience of managing compliant care homes
-Dementia experience
