Job Title: Nursing Home Manager - Small, Independent, Nursing Home
Location: Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Award winning care provider looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 35 bed service which requires a strong manager to continue the excellent work and lead a team delivering exceptional person-centred care!
You will be supported by a quality team to ensure you can achieve your goals!
Nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operations of the nursing home
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff
• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
• Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Required Skills:
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Financial management experience
• Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy
• Good or Outstanding CQC history
• ACTIVE NURSING PIN
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse qualification
• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting
• Relevant management or leadership qualifications are desirable
