The ideal Nursing home manager will be/have:
• An experienced Nursing home manager of large homes, over 50 beds
• Proven track record of good CI grades at least 4's & a proven track record of turnaround experience
• An individual with high care standards, stability on their CV & an open door' management style
• Experienced in reaching financial & business KPI's whilst delivering first class care with a resident centred approach
About the home & role:
A little over 60 beds, catering for the elderly, those living with dementia, physical disabilities & a range of other conditions, over 50 years old.
