Occupational Health Technician
Location: London (with travel to client sites)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Occupational Health Technician to join our growing team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–2 years' experience in Occupational Health or a similar healthcare environment who enjoys working independently and travelling between client locations.
The role involves delivering a range of health screening services at client sites across London and surrounding areas. While the position is primarily field-based, overnight stays are only required on rare occasions.
Key Responsibilities

Travel to client sites to deliver Occupational Health screening services.

Carry out health surveillance activities, including:

Audiometry
-
Spirometry
-
Vision screening
-
Blood pressure monitoring
-
Height, weight and BMI measurements

Urinalysis
-

Prepare and maintain screening equipment to ensure it is clean, calibrated and ready for use.

Accurately record and securely manage health surveillance data.

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and employees.

Ensure all work is carried out in line with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and data protection regulations.

Support the wider Occupational Health team with administrative duties where required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

1–2 years' experience within Occupational Health or a similar healthcare setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A professional and approachable manner.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.

Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between client sites.

Flexibility to work across different locations as required.
