Salary: £50,000 - £64,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including taking histories, performing physical exams, and requesting diagnostic tests.
Develop, implement, and review treatment plans for both acute and chronic medical conditions.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and legal standards.
Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Contribute to quality improvement projects and the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
