Position Overview:
The practice is looking for a skilled Paramedic Practitioner who will play a vital role in providing comprehensive healthcare services. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic investigations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide emergency care and treatment in accordance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Mentor and support junior staff and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Qualified Paramedic with current HCPC registration.
• Extensive experience in emergency care, primary care, or similar settings.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of medical conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
