Salary: £45,000 | Hours: Full-time
Location: Northwest & Midlands (travel required)
About the Role
Peripatetic Clinical Quality Manager to support Complex Care services.
This senior role involves providing clinical leadership across multiple services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred care for individuals with complex needs. You’ll work closely with service managers and the Head of Complex Care to drive improvement, support teams, and maintain strong regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and support across services
• Guide teams in complex decision-making
• Lead audits, reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support inspections and action plans
• Analyse performance data and improve outcomes
• Coach and develop staff
• Support complex and crisis cases

About You
Essential:
• Registered Nurse (NMC)
• Experience in complex care
• Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
• Knowledge of governance, safeguarding, and risk
• Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
• Management qualification
• Experience with ABI, learning disabilities, or complex behaviours
• Knowledge of CQC standards
