Position: Practice Nurse

Job Overview:
A well-established and friendly general practice in Farnborough is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join their dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing services including chronic disease management, immunizations, and health screenings.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide health education.
- Administer medications, dress wounds, and perform minor surgical procedures.
- Support patients with long-term conditions, offering guidance and support for managing their health.
- Collaborate with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in clinical audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of practice standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration.
- Experience in a general practice or primary care setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in chronic disease management and minor illness treatment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
