An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join a well-established and friendly GP practice in Finsbury Park. This role is ideal for a nurse looking to make a real impact within a supportive and dynamic primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general nursing services to patients, including health screenings, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
- Assist with minor injuries and perform basic wound care.
- Offer advice on healthy lifestyle choices and preventative care.
- Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in patient education and support for long-term conditions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Previous experience in primary care or a similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
