Job Title: Practice Nurse – Milton Keynes
An established and forward-thinking GP practice in Milton Keynes is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join their friendly and supportive clinical team.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed nursing professional with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to work in a collaborative environment where professional development is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct chronic disease management, including asthma, COPD, diabetes, and hypertension reviews

Provide childhood immunisations, travel vaccinations, and cervical cytology

Undertake wound care, dressings, ear irrigation, and suture removal

Assist in health promotion and screening programmes

Work closely with the GPs and wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met
Requirements:

Registered Nurse (NMC registration required)

Experience working within a primary care or GP surgery setting

Skilled in chronic disease management and general treatment room duties

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
