Salary: Circa £60,000
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Manager for an established care provider to oversee a small portfolio of homes in South Yorkshire and Durham. The ideal candidate will have:
- Multi-site management experience.
- Ability to lead and manage up to 10 managers.
- Experienced with skills in conducting internal audits and assisting with compliance.
- A supportive and mentoring approach to management.
- Experience working with the elderly, specifically those with dementia.
- A passion for ensuring high standards of care in homes.
Salary: Circa £60,000
