Skills required:
• Operational experience in a regulatory environment, ideally within elderly housing.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing a geographically dispersed team, using a supportive, coaching style.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality and regulatory standards for elderly housing, including RSH regulatory standards.
• Skilled in stakeholder relationship building to promote brand and service reputation.
• Effective communicator who uses technology to ensure teams have timely and relevant information.
