Job title - Regional Quality Manager
Salary - £60,000 - £65,000
Purosearch are working with a fast growing care provider soon to become 21 care homes looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee there homes across the UK.
This lucky candidate will be working alongside a small quality team comprising of a Head of Medicines and Audit, a Head of Dementia Care and a Group Leisure and Wellbeing Manager.
The ideal candidate:
Experience overseeing care planning practice standards, conducting audits, investigating care and clinical compliance, and writing care and clinical policies and procedures.
Applicants for this role must be a registered nurse and comfortable travelling across the country to visit our various homes. Some home working will be required. Travel will include some overnight stays.
