Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Leytonstone
Salary: £50,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to oversee the operations of two 11-bed residential care homes supporting adults with mental health illnesses. You will ensure high-quality care, compliance with CQC regulations, and a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day management of both care homes, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and other relevant regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, families, and other stakeholders.
Prepare for and manage inspections effectively, ensuring excellent outcomes.
Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
Ensure all residents receive person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
Manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Be on call for emergencies outside of regular hours (reimbursed).
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management.
Proven experience as a Registered Manager, with a strong track record of managing care homes preferably individuals with mental health illnesses.
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, inspection processes.
