Our client is looking for a Registered Care Manager with proven experience in a home care / domiciliary environment. The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for management and organisation of staff and daily operations.
Registered Care Manager responsibilities:
• Work with the services management team, creating new opportunities for growth
• Consistent improvement working to maintain the Services Outstanding' CQC rating
• Maintaining and building new relationships with the service users, their families and other stakeholders
• Be an inspiring and motivating leader whilst fostering a welcoming work environment
• Ensuring the service is delivering high quality care whilst remaining compliant with regulations.
Essential criteria:
• Care Manager / Domiciliary experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Full UK Right to work
• Level 5 in Health and Social Care
