Children’s Home Manager
Location: Coalville
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
3 Bed EBD Home
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Children’s Home Manager to lead a 3-bed residential children’s home in Coalville supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the children’s home
- Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated staff team
- Promote positive outcomes for young people through structured care planning
- Manage safeguarding procedures and risk assessments
- Work closely with local authorities and external professionals
- Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and record keeping
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Previous experience within children’s residential care
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Salary & Benefits
- £50,000 – £55,000 salary depending on experience
