Job Opportunity: Registered Manager for Brand New 145-Bed Care Home
Registered Care Home Manager - RMN and RGN Qualified
Location: Stafford
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our brand new, state-of-the-art 145-bed care home, opening in June. We are seeking an exceptional individual who is a Registered Nurse or a Registered Mental Health Nurse, with a proven track record in managing large care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
• Oversee the commissioning and opening of the new care home.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of dedicated care professionals.
• Implement and maintain effective systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
• Significant experience in managing large care homes.
• Ideally have experience in commissioning new care homes.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on person-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
