Position: Care Home Manager
Location: Near Ashford, Kent
Salary: Up to £60,000 | Full-time | Monday to Friday

My client is seeking a passionate and skilled Care Home Manager to lead their well-established, high-quality care home located just outside Ashford in Kent. About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, while promoting a positive and compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and inspiring leader who thrives on delivering person-centred dementia care and is committed to continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience achieving Good or Outstanding ratings from the CQC
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Demonstrated success in turning around a service
Excellent dementia care knowledge
IT literate with the ability to confidently manage digital care systems and reporting tools
A strong leader with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
Commitment to long-term development within the role and organisation
