Position: Registered Manager
Location: Worthing
Salary: Up to £50,000 | Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Our client is passionate about ensuring every individual receives the best possible support and is now seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead their service. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and strong leadership skills, with the ability to hit the ground running.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A forward-thinking, proactive approach
Ability to inspire and lead a dedicated team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player, committed to delivering person-centred care
This is a full-time position, predominantly Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience.
