Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

My client's nursing home has achieved a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is renowned for providing high-quality care to their residents. They believe in fostering a warm and supportive atmosphere, ensuring both their residents and staff thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
Lead and motivate a dedicated team, promoting a culture of excellence in care.
Implement and maintain high-quality care practices to achieve and sustain a "Good" CQC rating.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to enhance the quality of services provided.
Engage with residents, families, and staff to ensure a community-focused environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in a registered management role within a care setting.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and the regulatory framework.
Track record of achieving and maintaining "Good" CQC reports is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
