Position: Domiciliary Care Manager - Dartford Branch
Salary: £40,000

My client is currently seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager to oversee our Dartford branch. The ideal candidate will have:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or a willingness to work towards it)
Previous domiciliary care experience (preferable)
A strong knowledge of CQC regulations
Excellent leadership skills and a proactive approach to managing a team
Outstanding communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with both staff and service users
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of carers in delivering high-quality care to their service users
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dartford branch
Provide support, training, and development for staff
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
