Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Home Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a strong background in elderly and dementia care, as well as experience managing complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain CQC standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and families.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability of the care home.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
Proven experience in managing a care home, preferably with a focus on elderly and dementia care.
Strong understanding of complex mental health needs and appropriate care strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
