My client, who are a reputable care organisation, are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for one of the services they have in Bexhill. As the Registered Manager, you will be required to manage the day-to-day management of the service, and will lead a team of carers to provide the best standard of care to the residents, in line with the company core values.
The service itself is a small service specialising in mental health care, and requires a strong manager with good communication and leadership skills.
This would be an excellent opportunity for a Service Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Manager who is looking for a new opportunity.
Candidate requirements:
- Registered Manager experience
- Mental Health or Learning Disability specialist
- NVQ L5
- Strong communication skills
