Position: Care Home Manager
Location: Gillingham, Kent
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Purosearch are representing a family-run residential care home in Gillingham, Kent, seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead their team and ensure the highest quality of care for their residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, particularly those living with dementia.
Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training, and team development.
Foster a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
Monitor and improve care quality and resident satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in care home management, particularly with turnaround experience.
QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Care or working towards this qualification.
Strong knowledge of dementia care and best practices.
Comprehensive understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
