Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our care home in Solihull, with a clear pathway to becoming a Responsible Individual (RI) within a year. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization with plans to expand by opening 2-3 additional homes within the next year.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional service.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain standards and improve the quality of care.
- Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance of the home.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare for and participate in inspections, ensuring the home meets all regulatory requirements.
- Drive the strategic growth and development of the home and contribute to expansion plans.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of successful team development.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
