Position: Home Manager
Location: Snodland, Kent
Salary: Up to £50,000
Interview Process: 2-stage interview process.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a strong understanding of CQC standards? I am currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead and oversee a well-established care home located near Snodland, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the care home.
Ensure high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
Oversee staff management, training, and development.
Drive continuous improvements within the home.
Ensure the home operates efficiently, meeting both financial and quality goals.
Essential Requirements:
Must be a Registered Manager with a proven track record in the care sector.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
Ideally, turnaround experience in a care setting.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Previous experience in a managerial role within a care environment
