Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Nantwich (Cheshire)
Salary: £21 per hour full time- 3 shifts per week- 3 different sites in the area
I am recruiting a Registered Nurse in the Cheshire area. I am working on behalf of a leading provider who are passionate about giving the highest level of care to each and every one of their service user.
They're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about their work and helping others. They want someone who can join their team of friendly, respected and compassionate individuals who support one another.
Roles and responsibilities as a Registered Night Nurse:
·Critical clinical decision making
·Developing and accessing person centered care plans
·Providing nursing care including administering medication and dressings
·Management of resident's medical conditions
·Supporting all staff within the home
As a Registered Nurse you will:
·Have an RGN qualification with an active NMC pin
·Have the most up to date clinical knowledge
·Be an experienced Registered Nurse
·Have excellent leadership skills
·Have excellent communication skills
·Be able to build and maintain positive relationships with the service users and their families
·Be a driven and determined individual
