Purosearch are working with a family run care provider to recruit a Registered Nurse to join a passionate care team based in a Croydon Nursing Home!
The home has a fantastic reputation in the area and a great team of staff! The Home Manager is looking for a registered nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid PIN who has some experience within elderly / dementia care.
As a Registered Nurse you have responsibility for leading your shift and managing a team of carers to ensure they deliver excellent standards of care; promoting independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in your care, is essential.
As Registered Nurse you will:
• Medication administration
• Assessing residents care needs
• Completing and evaluating care plans
• Communicating with residents' family and health professionals
• Ensure the smooth running of the care home
• Adhering to the NMC code of practice at all times
Qualifications:
• Registered General Nurse and must hold a valid NMC Pin number.
• At least one year of care home experience.
