Purosearch are looking for an experienced nurse to join a medium sized nursing home with a capacity of 20 residents located in Whetstone.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced nurse who will be expected to supervise, support and develop a team of Care Workers to enable the delivery of high quality care to our residents. To formally supervise care staff, to delegate tasks, and through the assessment of individual needs, produce appropriate and effective risk assessments and care plans.
The Registered Nurse will act as named nurse for a group of residents and will regularly take charge of shifts as directed by the Home Manager.
You must have:
The right to live and work in the UK
Hold valid and current NMC registration and pin number (we will consider applicants who are awaiting their NMC pin number)
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a team Previous experience in a care home environment or in working with the elderly is desirable but not essential
