An excellent opportunity has a risen for a passionate and skilled Manager to join a well-established and growing team at their highly rated small LD home in the Folkestone area. My client is a leading provider supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health problems, autism and associated complex behaviours.
The Service Manager will oversee a small residential home catering for those with learning disabilities, reporting directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for ensuring the residents receive the best standards of care whilst being the clinical and business lead in all areas of the services. You will need to be enthusiastic about communicating with and supporting people in a person-centred manner. The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with management experience within a residential care setting
As the Service Manager the following is required:
·Management qualification in care- NVQ level 5 or equivalent
·Have experience in managing care teams / supervisory or management experience in a care environment.
·Have strong people and communication skills.
·Provide excellent customer service.
