I am pleased to be advertising this excellent Service Manager role for a small residential service in Edenbridge with a well known organisation.
A well experienced Registered Manager is required to take over this service and provide excellent care for clients with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism. The success full Service Manager will need to have experience in providing learning disability, challenging behaviour and autism care.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- CQC Knowledge
- NVQ level 5 or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Background with Learning Disability, Challenging Behaviour and Autism care
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
- Support, development and training for staff
- Ensuring high quality support within the service and maintaining CQC standards
- Organisation of rotas, finances and report writing
- Liasing with External Bodies
