Home Manager – Well-Established Care Home
Location: Hythe, Kent
Salary: £35000 - £43000

I am seeking an energetic and dedicated Registered Home Manager / well-experienced Deputy looking to step up and lead a well-established and reputable residential home located near Hythe. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about delivering high quality care and driving positive outcomes for residents and staff.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing elderly focused residential homes / domiciliary providers
• NVQ5 in Leadership and Management
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance requirements, and inspection processes.
• Demonstrated ability to improve CQC ratings from Requires Improvement to Good, or maintain consistent Good ratings.
• Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth

• Be an effective communicator and confident decision maker.
• Be able to maintain all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards
• Have a proactive and strategic approach to service improvement.
• Show commitment to person centred care and high clinical standards.
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and clinical governance processes
• Be capable of fostering strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders
• Bring a positive, energetic and compassionate approach and attitude with them!
