Hours: 5-10 hours per week (1 day)
Salary: £45 per hour or £350 per day
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Responsible Individual to oversee our newly opened care home and the second home set to open next door. This is a permanent part-time position with flexible working arrangements, including the ability to work from home and limited monthly visits to the homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the care home staff.
- Monitor the quality of care provided.
- Conduct monthly visits to the homes.
- Participate in the mentor programme to facilitate remote working.
- Report to the provider on the home's operations and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the care sector.
- Strong understanding of relevant care home regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Commitment to high standards of care and compliance.
